Who is responsible for the data

Audience measurement (Google Analytics)

Only with your consent, given through the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, where the visit came from, device type, language, approximate location (country and city) and clicks on buttons such as Book and WhatsApp.

This data is statistical and is not used for advertising. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Data is kept for up to 14 months.

Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google.

Cookies

With consent, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, valid for up to 13 months. Your choice (accept or decline) is saved in your own browser for 12 months.

To change your choice at any time, use the Cookie preferences link, also available in the site footer.

Contact and bookings

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram, we use the data you send (such as name, contact details and dates) to reply and arrange your stay.

Online bookings are made on the ResSync (AppReservas) booking system, at premium.appreservas.com.br, which has its own privacy policy. We use booking data only for the stay and to meet legal obligations.

WhatsApp and Instagram are Meta services, also with their own policies.

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell data. It is only shared with the services mentioned (Google, ResSync, Meta), which may process it outside Brazil under their own policies.

Legal basis

Audience measurement: consent (Brazil's LGPD, art. 7, I; GDPR, art. 6(1)(a)). Contact and bookings: steps prior to and performance of a contract (LGPD, art. 7, V; GDPR, art. 6(1)(b)) and compliance with legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD and the EU GDPR, you can request confirmation, access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Just write to solarazul.contato@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Brazil's ANPD or with the data protection authority in your country.
